Before Eating Your Healthy Breakfast: Prayer


First things first! Start your day with a prayer before you eat your healthy breakfast. This allows you to be grateful and think of what happened the previous day. Say sorry for your mistakes and move on to make it better today. Waking up knowing that someone is higher than us and it makes us humble and confident that our day will be okay.
